Gmail is an impressive web based email service from Google. Like many other email providers, it also has strict policy for dealing with less activity Gmail email accounts. If you do not login into Gmail account for long time, it is marked as dormant. After this, it is highly possible that your Gmail account may be deleted if your inactivity continues.
Can my Gmail address get deleted?
Yes, your Gmail email address may get deleted if you do not login for 9 months on a stretch. Gmail account is marked as dormant if you do not login for 6 months. You can still receive emails while account is marked dormant.
3 months after the dormant status (6 months + 3 months = 9 months) your Gmail account may be deleted. So, make sure you login once in 9 months to prevent deletion of your Gmail account. [source]
I guess, they won’t. I tested. Better contact with Gmail team and ask them, they can give you the eject answer.
