How to change / toggle layout views in MS Word window?

We have already discussed meaning of different layout views or modes in Microsoft Word. Each layout view has special usage feature and can be used for specific type of Word document being written by you. You can make document writing process easy by selecting best view as per requirement.

Change Layout view in MS Word

1. Open new document in Microsoft Word, File > New

ms-word-layout-views-modes

2. Click view option menu and then click on either of view options among: normal, web layout, outline and print layout.

You can also toggle or change layout view using quick toggle buttons at the bottom left part of Microsoft word document window (see screenshot).
