Youtube website has loads of videos uploaded by users. Now, Youtube also supports uploading and viewing HQ (high quality and high resolution) videos. If you have fast internet connection, it is recommended to view videos in HQ mode – they are much clear and crisp.
Watch HQ videos by default
1. Goto Youtube.com and login into your account. Then click Settings.
2. Then click Playback setup option on the left sidebar.
3. Now highlight and select 3rd option “I have a fast connection. Always play higher-quality video when it’s available” Then click on Save Changes button.
From now on, if HQ version of video is available – it will play HQ videos by default. Alternatively, if you are not logged into Youtube account and watching a Youtube video – look for HQ icon on the playback bar. Click that HQ icon to load HQ version of current video.
