Access, Enable, Disable IE add-ons
More Add-ons will make Internet Explorer heavy and slow. It is important to only use Add-ons that are essential for your web browsing needs. You can disable uncessary add-ons and use this to isolate add-on causing issue to Internet Explorer on the computer.
Internet Explorer 7 – Open IE7 and goto Tools > Manage Add-ons > Enable or Disable add-ons. You will see list of add-ons being used by Internet Explorer. You can filter this listing by using various options from drop down box including: add-ons that have been used by Internet Explorer, currently loaded in Internet Explorer and add-ons that run without requiring permission.
Internet Explorer 8 – Open IE8 and goto Tools > Manage Add-ons. Under Add-on Types, click Toolbars and Extensions. Under show option you can filter add-ons being displayed by: all add-ons, currently loaded add-ons, run without permission.
