How to change Keyboard Language in Windows XP / vista?

Sometimes we need to type in different language using keyboard. There is no need to install any software or application to type in different language. You can achieve this by changing default language of your keyboard. This can be easily done in Windows XP and Vista by changing few settings.

In Windows XP, click on start > settings > control panel. Then click on ‘regional and language options’ – in the popup window click on ‘language’ tab and then click on ‘details’ button. Now click on ‘add’ button new keyboard layout and language.

In Windows Vista, goto control panel and click on ‘Regional and Language Options’ This click on ‘Keyboards and Languages’ and then Change Keyboards. Under Installed Services, click ‘add’ and then choose the input language and keyboard layout. Few simple clicks to change keyboard input language.
