Organize emails in Gmail inbox


Gmail is a popular email service from Google. Lot of internet users have Gmail accounts to receive and send email messages. If you happen to get lot of email messages in your Gmail inbox – then its time to organize them to save lot of time and efforts. But then, “how do I organize emails without wasting too much time?”

Prioritize Gmail emails based on their importance

1. Go to your Gmail account and click ‘Settings’.

2. Then click ‘Priority Inbox’ tab on Settings page.

3. Click to check ‘Show Priority Inbox’ option to view more options for Priority Inbox.

Priority Inbox feature will automatically organize your email messages based on your email usage. You can also supplement this feature by manual sorting of emails by clicking arrow markers / symbols each indicating and assigning different importance level to emails.
